Evelina has a real knack for balancing leadership and autonomy. She’s great at delegating tasks, estimating workloads accurately, and always ensuring I knew what was expected of me. At the same time, she gave me the space to explore projects on my own, fostering a sense of agency and ownership over my work. It’s a rare skill to create a working environment where one feels both guided and empowered.

She was able to meet every challenge sent her way. She was often times first of volunteer to take more into her team. And the whole of Design in the Nexi organization she quickly stood out as one of the best designers on staff, and was promoted to a people manager within one year of being hired.

Evelina is a wonderful team player! She knows exactly what is most important for each of the team members. She has a good technical background. The work process was calm, measured and we never had a rush or panic. Evelina carefully chose the methods of interaction with the team to make our work productive and comfortable. It is also important to note the excellent sense of style and understanding of the balance between the client and the designer.

She built from scratch all the work processes for a quite complex project we worked on. The most exciting part of it that just with small improvements from time to time those processes worked extremely well at once.

Besides that, Evelyn always managed to maintain a good, motivating, and friendly atmosphere in the team.

Beyond her technical expertise, Evelyn brought her strong design skills to the table. Her ability to create cohesive, user-friendly interfaces, while managing design libraries and systems, greatly contributed to the success of our projects. She collaborated seamlessly with cross-functional teams, clients, and consultants, ensuring smooth communication across the board.

I had the pleasure of managing Evelina in my design team at Nets for more than 2 years, and can confidently say that she is an outstanding designer with exceptional skills in product strategy and execution.

Last but not least, Evelina has proven herself as a problem solver and leader who is always committed to consistent quality and process improvements where needed.
